Screening Process
This process is the vetting stage where our team of experts review your expertise by scheduling an interview session with you which would cover basic and technical assessments. It will be more or less like a regular interview, where you just go straight to answering the questions to the best of your abilities.
Joining our community
Once you are approved, you are automatically recognized as a Certified Professional Talent. When our platform sees a potentially good fit, it matches it with our client's request.
Get Hired
We will only offer you projects that match your tech experience and availability. Here, you stand a chance of getting hired to work with your employer. The only catch here is that the end product you make will be a major determinant of your career with Us.
